Is there an initial security deposit?

Nope. No security deposit needed. Rent is month-to-month due by the first of the month. 

What transportation options are there to/from the airport?

The Atlanta North area hotel shuttles are the most budget friendly option. I recommend the Sonesta North hotel shuttle. It leaves the hotel at the top and bottom of every hour. Uber/Lyft are also an option. A typical Lyft ride costs anywhere from $10-18 depending on the time of day. 

Is there onsite parking available? 

I’m afraid there is no parking available on the property and no street parking on Fortner street. However, the Sonesta North Hotel offers monthly parking in their secure lot ($85 first month; $75/month thereafter). 

What are the procedures for unlocking/locking the front door?

After I have received your initial rent payment, I will send you a five digit code that will give you access to the front door. The lock will automatically lock itself after 15 seconds. Just be sure to verify the door is locked when you arrive and depart. 

Where should I leave my shoes?

You can leave your shoes by the front door. You will be amazed at how much cleaner the house is when we take our shoes off at the door. 

Is it okay to take my belongings/bags upstairs?

Absolutely! I only ask to not roll your roller boards on that floor. We like to keep things clean around here. 

Is there space in the kitchen where I can store some grocery items?

Yes! You will see your space labeled in the kitchen pantry where you can store dry goods. Anything you store in the refrigerator/freezer be sure to label with a sharpie.
